Dr. Anupama has over 16 years of corporate and academic experience.She managed international apparel sourcing business for few international brands before joining academics. Her teaching specialization areas are Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Quality Management. Her doctoral degree is in area of International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. Her research areas include Global Value Chains, Global Production Networks and Quality Management. Dr.

Disha Bhanot is a faculty in the area of Finance at SPJIMR. She holds a doctoral degree from SJM School of Management, IIT Bombay. Her doctoral research work was in the area of microfinance and financial inclusion, particularly focusing on the issue of sustainability of bank-linked Self Help Groups in India. Post her PhD, she was working with Tata Centre for Technology and Design, IIT Bombay, on research projects in the domain of distress selling in the agriculture sector and affordable finance in the housing sector.

Dr. Himanshu Rathore holds a doctoral degree in Operations Management from IIM Rohtak. His research interests lie in the domain of mathematical modelling, combinatorial optimisation, algorithms, metaheuristics, sustainability, innovations, mechanism design, revenue management, game theory and networks. His dissertation examined the economic viability and implications of an environmentally efficient and socially sustainable aviation sector. He has authored research articles in reputable international journals and has presented his work at leading international conferences.
