Dr. Vidyut Lata Dhir has 29 years of teaching at the graduate, post graduate and executive level in best business management schools in the Asia Pacific. She is a core faculty for Organizational Behaviour & Leadership. She has been instrumental in design & development of Leadership Labs & Personal Growth Lab, an innovative pedagogy to teach Organizational Behavior in SPJIMR.

Dr. Jyoti Jagasia has over 25 years of corporate and academic experience. She has worked in the IT services domain for over 15 years before joining academics. Currently, she is a faculty in the Information Management area at SPJIMR. She is also the Associate Program Head of the Post Graduate Executive Management Program since 2016. In addition to this, she co-ordinates several virtual learning programs which are offered by SPJIMR in association with their technology & marketing partners like TalentEdge, Upgrad etc...
