SPJIMR’s PGP-FMB follows a 4x3 learning architecture, keeping the student at the centre of the learning process.
- The programme follows SPJIMR’s successful KSA (Knowledge-Skills-Attitude) model - a model recognized as one which is refreshingly different from conventional B-schools. This model aims at:
(a) Imparting Knowledge in functional areas like finance, marketing, operations, business environment.
(b) Imparting Skills-e.g. Negotiation, Decision-making.
(c) Development of Attitudes-e.g. Managing Self, Business and Society.

A basket of general electives is offered to participants in Phase III, each elective ranging from 0.5 to 1 credit. Participants are required to choose electives totaling to 2 credits. A typical list of popular electives is given below:
