Our unique TLAP Model
Effective management education for practising executives needs to be contextual and hence needs to be customised vis-a-vis the organisation and the participant's specific role. While most executive education programmes begin and end in the classrooms (Teaching and Learning), we add 2 additional steps: Application (applying classroom learning to their own job context) and Project (formulating a major Capstone project for their company).
The programme has a strong application focus and in addition to periodic exams, it requires participants to apply the knowledge imparted in the classroom to their company's context through several Application Assignments.
