The S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) and the Times Centre for Learning Ltd. (TCLL) have jointly announced a 'Programme in Strategic Media and Entertainment Management' (PSMEM) for working executives to help meet the growing demand for managerial talent in the media and entertainment sector.
The Class of 2017 notched a new high as the highest salary on campus jumped to Rs. 39.5 lakhs per annum and the average salary rose to Rs. 20.9 lakhs, from Rs. 19.3 lakhs last year.

The S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), a top ranked school of management, on Thursday, 1st September 2016, launched a pioneering new programme targeted specifically at qualified women who wish to return to work after a career break.
SPJIMR on Monday announced that it has expanded corporate partnerships for its Autumns Placements process with 29 new companies coming on-board for campus placements this year. SPJIMR said that 35 per cent of the offers for the 2016 season were made by these new companies, signifying a never-before increase and diversification in the portfolio of recruiters.
Appknox, co-founded by SPJIMR alumnus Prateek Panda, raises INR 43 million funding from Singapore-based SeedPlus.

Enrollments are open for what will be the 18th batch of the programme, which has over the last five years carved out a niche for itself and has seen more than 200 entrepreneur-participants pass out.
The 18th batch of the programme (http://www.spjimr.org/gyb/aboutgyb) was scheduled to commence on July 9 and applications for the batch closed on July 5.
